Thread Adaptor

Just bought a Vicmarc VL200 SHORT BED ASM EVS, only to find out that there is no chuck insert at M33*3.5 for my SuperNova chucks. Vicmarc appear to have a spindle adaptor for M33 Femail to 1" * 8TPI (Which my chucks are).
Has anyone used one of these or had any similar experience?

I had the same problem when I bought the Axminster 1200 with a M33 3.5 thread.

The answer is a Excert, it extends the amount the chuck sots from the headstock but works fine otherwise.

If I remember correctly mine came from Yandles and is made by Sorby. But ring them, it's not listed on their sight, it's a special order not stanardly stocked.

Axminster do m33 to 3/4 16 which worked fine for me.  i expect they do one to 1" 8
