I'm afraid I agree. It's just like using a mobile phone while driving. It's illegal, but you see it all the time and the police cannoy really stop it, no matter what the law says. AND it will be an excuse for prices to go up. Malcolm.

Bryan Milham:
An RPT I know is an ex-Copper, he tells me of a time a 'very nice gentleman' offered him a container full of Purpleheart, when asked it was admitted it came without paperwork.

Once he pointed out his background the offer was... eh, withdrawn!
