Hello George,

I've checked the Moderator Log and it hasn't been deleted. I've attached a screen capture of the last entries to the log. You'll note that Mod actions cannot be deleted until after 24hrs, and as the Post and thread were there this morning...I read it, so I know it was there...its whereabouts is a mystery!!!

I've emailed the other Mods in case they can throw any light on the matter. I will update here as and when I have information.

I think you will find Andy will get to the bottom of it.
I just hope it has not been permanently deleted because I think it was one of the best threads on this Forum for a long time.
The thread was full of very positive and useful comments

Hello George,

the post is gone. I can categorically confirm that it was NOT deleted by any moderator, and certainly not by me. The only remaining option...as there are no trails in the database...is that you accidentally clicked on "delete" at the top right of the page on your original post. Perhaps  whilst modifying it? As the originator of the original post on you and the MODS can delete a topic in its entirety.

My suggestion...start it again.
