John,

Those sparklies look like Swarovski crystals - are you aiming for the (over) £600 bracket?

Eric yes every single one by hand, I am now cross eyed  :P
Bryan, + £600 would be nice, I will deliver it this evening  ;D and yes they are Swarovski crystals.

It is a nice piece and wouldn't look out of place sat on a church alter.

It might just be me though but it looks very Holy Grail. :)

You know we admire your work  John  but feel this piece is a bit on the busy side..........The beads and coves ( expertly done )
seem to be fighting with the crystals making it look very busy.........The idea of using the crystals though is great  and feel sure
you can take it a lot further, perhaps with a much plainer designed box........But at the end of the day its just our opinion
and as always its personal choice
      Kind Regards   Tony & Di

Tony & Di you are right, I did think this myself but only once it was off the lathe. An experimental piece as I am still looking at different adhesives etc. but maybe something will come from it. Pete I'm not ignoring youe egg reference but as yet it remains un-photographed.(?)
