Work on show
« on: December 20, 2014, 08:03:29 PM »
At the Devon Guild of Craftsmen in Bovey Tracey Nick Agar currently has a nice display of work on show , The like of which is rare to see , so if any one is around the area over Christmas it is well worth a visit !   I fact I rarely see a good display of turned work by the more well known turners anywhere , does any one know of galleries that have such work on a regular basis ... only one that I can think of is Dansels in Dorset . Obviously I love to see such work but also like to see creative woodwork being on show on an  equal footing with ceramics and glass , it helps to raise the status and awareness of wood .
