This is sad news.   Our thoughts are with his friends and family who, I know from his many Facebook posts, have been a great support to him over the last few months.  Karl had a great determination to keep fighting to the end.  He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

RIP

Dave

It happens all too sudden .. We're not guaranteed tomorrow .. A sad lost to woodturning, with all he'd done with the videos and classes.

Spent a weekend there with what would have been a video on threading with John Berkeley..

A Great fun guy ... We had some laughs, yet he was always focused.

Prayers are with Jill, family and the dogs with missing him.
