Donation to the AWGB Seminar Auction

 I am donating this Teapot to the AWGB Seminar Auction.


This one is made from Box Elder, the handle, spout, and knob are made from Pear then dyed with leather dye. It stands 4” high and 8” wide. Finished with an acrylic matte finish and buffed for a soft luster. It is also for those that do not like to see the wood covered up.  I called this one Keahi Tea.

           What a beautiful tea pot it is a very generous donation to the Seminar Auction as Mark S. said I am sure it will raise a good amount.

   George, I think the answer to your question is YES I think I am correct in saying all of these donated pieces are auctioned off at the Banquet Dinner
   and the proceeds go to the AWGB Members Development Programme.

Could I respectfully ask that nobody else s nds or offers pieces.

The auction is usually populated by delegates, and the auction can take over an hour to get through. As we have limited bidders in the audience having too many pieces can be a problem. We've never failed to sell everything, bit the main concern is of a generously donated piece going for far less than it deserves to.

We also have the added task of auctioning the Pablo Nemzoff pieces so the auction is already quite full!
