Ed, if you want to wear a dress, I'm sure that's fine with us. That's not short for Edwina is it? :P

Thanks Paul  :)

I just did not know what to wear or what to do with my hair  :)

(SHMBO might be wearing the dress if she's well enough to travel)

All the best

I had made a point of NOT asking that. Glad you didn't get any sensible answers, I have retired and I am NOT dressing up.   :)

I have learnt the first rule of woodturning.
The internal diameter should never exceed the external width.
Nor the internal depth, the external height.
Does that make me an expert now ?

I spend all my time in workwear so it is nice to put a suit on sometimes.

I  consider a lounge suit without a waistcoat to be smart casual

I  suspect others may have a different view.

My everyday wear in the office,

On dress down Fridays I sometimes add the waistcoat and/or a bow-tie, I don't do Dress Down!
Oh Lord, Lead me not into temptation…

...Oh who am I kidding, follow me, I know a shortcut!
