The Bowler Hatted Turner:
This may be of interest to those that create a dust, that will be all of us then. There are also reports on accidents using woodworking machinery which could easily have been avoided if correct procedures had been followed. Those in doubt feel free to contact me.

seventhdevil:
some odd injuries there, they sound like they were proper numpties to get those injuries. never use machinery you've not been fully trained on...

The Bowler Hatted Turner:
In my day you could not use a machine unless you had done the training for it, I also remember having to go to Reading college after leaving HM armed forces to undertake a refresher course before being allowed to use machines again. These days though you can just go out and buy a spindle moulder for instance and start using it without any prior experience not knowing how dangerous the machines can be. In a workplace situation and at home you should never use a machine that you have not been trained to use.
