This brush pot is a prototype design idea for a larger vase - textured and painted with my own recipe pearlescent paint (sorry for the photo quality i don't have a proper camera) c and c welcome.

          Keep coming back to this piece Tony ...... Like the idea and the use of the textured definition lines to separate
          the colours,  however  it does not seem to gel for us, we are though very much looking forward to seeing this idea
          evolve.

Although not my style, I don't have a problem with this, I've seen modern ceramicists make pots that are not so dissimilar. It's bold and brash and at times that is exactly what is wanted.

You apologise for not having a proper camera, A phone camera is probably just as good these days, but to put your work against a matt surface would give a far better result. The refection at the bottom detracts the most from the whole image.

I, too, am looking forward to seeing where you go with this. I've always had a soft spot for leaded glass, and this is so reminiscent of that.

Thank you for your comments and photo advice, - I may do another with more uniformed lines without the dimples and matt down the colours then see which one I up scale

Like dr4g0nfly I have seen something similar(A piece of pottery) and quite like the idea I also would like to see where this idea goes
