Yes. I thought it may be of use to woodturners?

Welcome to the forum.

There is plenty of advice  for new woodturners and guidance on how to use the forum.

Bit strange that a new member is selling wood-you are lucky to have a surplus.

Items for sale are usually in that section with Fotos and prices..

Or you could take them to a local Woodturning club and swap for different timber with other members.

Enjoy Woodturning

Regards

Phil

Thank you for the reply. I think I will leave the turning to you pro's! Just thought they may be of use to someone. Think they might be too big though. Thank you for the advice.

There are no rules that say you have to be a woodturner to use this forum! If you want to sell your oak blocks, put the details, sizes, prices and location in a post in the for sale board.

Think they might be too big though.
They can always be cut down, and generally the bigger, the better. Let's see what you have. And tell us where you are (shipping wood is generally expensive).

 Hi Bae 247,
I think Paul Hannaby's post is the right way to proceed put some photos up and the prices and most important your location so members know if they have to travel to collect or cost of delivery. I look forward to your next posting in the "For Sale" section.

                                                                      Regards John
