Something new
« on: December 12, 2016, 07:42:21 PM »
Sometimes I get bored with Woodturning and do something else.
This wall plaque is four feet long by one foot wide

George,

I've seen many of your non-turned works in your gallery of course, but it's always good to see your latest piece.

There is something about the strength of the red that really makes these work, with the texture adding loads of interest to it.

Thank you Ed and Bryan I am pleased you like this.
Sometimes it makes a change to do something other than Turning it is very easy to get tunnel visioned.
I enjoy working with textures and colours and this is just another extension of the stuff I do.
