« on: March 03, 2017, 05:33:00 PM »
Got three goblets done and waiting for them to dry thoroughly before lacquering so Mo has started on a new piece. it's a wide rim bowl i made a couple of years ago that I have re-turned and cleaned up for her. This is as far as she has got today.

Hi Pete,

Mo is really getting that pyro nib under control, that is very good artwork. Is the pale pink a water colour paint?

Loving teh insects, butterfly, bumble bee and (I think) a Frog hopper?

Thank you all. Mo uses indian ink for the colours. She blends and / or waters down as needed then applies with a brush. Pyroing the outlines stops any seepage.
