Sycamore Hollow Form

Turned from Sycamore but that was the quick bit this piece as taken about 26 hours Priced and then burnt with a pyro machine.
She stands 300mm tall x 220mm at the widest point.
The inside has been left natural to add contrast to the piece.

Ed,
this piece looks very balanced, and for a change I'm not talking about the shape, but the piercing work, it is very even without looking regular, not an easy task making something look truly random in that way, but you've achieved it here.

The contrast between light... dark ... and texture gives the piece that extra lift. very effective Ed
