Stock for a hotel shop
« on: December 08, 2017, 10:51:55 PM »
Palé Hall Hotel http://www.palehall.co.uk/(pronounced Pal and eigh as in eight) is a very exclusive hotel just a mile or so away from my shop and I'm lucky enough to have a good relationship with the owners and the management team, who all want to support local businesses. I've just been commissioned to design and supply a range of items that they can offer to their guests, so I've had to come up with some good quality kits and fittings, coupled with some rather special pieces of timber. The investment in time, in planning and in the purchase of kits has been extensive, but the return promises to be good, so it looks like being a well worthwhile undertaking.

C&C always welcome...Les

The forum limit of 4 images per post meant that I missed out the final image...

That looks a very fine collection. Also I like what you've done with the pen mounts.

Hope they go well  :)

All the best

A great selection and they are all the type of thing guests would want.

Les,

Your normal high standard, well thought and and executed. Love the Palm used for the corkscrews and other items.

Now remember I don't know the hotel, but can I make an observation and suggestion.

Lots of things are male orientated (or to my eye at least), I think you need to reach into your feminine side and make a few things for Gentlemen to buy for their Ladies as a memory of their stay.

ED, George, John and Derek, thanks for the kind comments. Likewise, Bryan, and...

...you're right, and we're already looking into that. I've just bought some lighter pens for the ladies and will be making a few more trinket boxes. And anyway. Ring and ear-ring stands are a possibility, but we need to keep the unit cost fairly high to make this feasible, so the thinking cap is getting lots of use at the moment.
