WW1 - Survivors

I made these bottle stoppers from cherry with boxwood noses 4 years ago as part of a remembrance theme for the beginning of the Great War.
Called Tommy & Hans they have survived but what uncertain future awaits them?
A return home to Spanish flu', unemployment and what we now call PTSD for so many on both sides of the conflict.
Remember The Fallen AND The Traumatised Survivors
