Bird Cherry
« on: March 22, 2019, 08:32:55 PM »
Has anyone out there had any experience of using bird cherry - Prunus Padus, of the Rosaceae family. I've been offered a fair amount, but I already have about 20 logs of Wild Cherry (Prunus Avium) in the drying shed, so I guess that it will be worth bringing the bird cherry home, but only if it is significantly different to the wild cherry.
