Horse Chestnut

These are a couple of bits I've turned from Horse Chestnut
The platter/bowl is around 24" diameter turned 5 years ago
Hollow form was around 10" tall turned a couple of years ago
Coloured hollow form 5" tall turned last year
Lovely wood to work with one of my favorites.
Twisted Trees:
Thank you, I have it mostly sliced up and rough turned / cored out for a number of bowls and some 4"x4" as well as a few odd shapes all stacked and waiting to dry now. Completely filled my garden waste bin with wet shavings in the process! I am looking forward to turning it in the future.
