I think John if it were our club we would make sure that all members attending had given their consent to the demonstrator having their names. I can't help but think that it's a bit mercenary of the demonstrator though to check the clubs membership, whatever happened to good will and honesty ?

The demonstrator ought to make one or more of the club committee an admin so they can deal with who is and isn't attending, then the demonstrator can concentrate on setting up and demonstrating.

John (BHT), get your people to use the registration facility in Zoom. Makes life a lot easier.
Check how the AWGB gather info for the Tuesday/Friday sessions to see what I mean.

There is a way to get all participants details via Zoom but I think it is a bit convoluted.
