Maybe it’s down to a shortage of materials?
Having said that I bought some supplies to make my own a while back without any bother.

Hi Michael, I have just spoken to Glyn of Yorkshire Grit, he asked me to pass on his apologies for missing the order, it will be sent tomorrow.

Thanks for information and look forward to receiving my order, do not understand why they have not responded to emails sent via their web site. Thank you for getting a response from them.

Glyn is a personal friend, so I could contact him directly. I do know that there have been problems with the website, though have no information on your particular order / emails.
