Hi dr4g,
I have managed to get a copy from atco so thankyou very much. Not read it yet but some of these old recipes are worth their weight in gold, for instance:-1/3 meths+1/3 white spirit+1/3 BLO. shaken together it goes milky and is one the best French polish revivers ever.
Perhaps we need another forum page just for recipes!
Regards

Maybe not Recipes but possibly one on all Finishing methods or questions - then again we're only rediscovering what used to be someone's bread & butter daily work.

One question I have - anyone - what is White Oil?

Thought I might have seen you over the weekend - we were at Shepton Mallet showground again.

chill:
thanks Dr4g0nfly, looking forward to reading this
