Small Apricot bowl

I had two Apricot logs which I hadn't split so I ended up with a load of pen blanks and just one bowl that will teach me to split them in future the bowl is 6 1/2" wide x 1 12" to 3 1/2" tall

Shame, it's been interesting to seeing them appear as you turn each of them.

What interesting things will you be doing to the pen blanks, as it is a fairly bland wood.
