  To save a bit on paint first seal the floor with diluted PVA the instruction as to dilution will be on the container.

Not sure now, it was a while ago since i bought it.

There were cheaper options, but as was explained to me it is suitable for industrial flooring, so would last. This new one is hopefully my last workshop & I only wanted to do the job once, re-painting a fully equipped workshop floor is a nightmare DAMHIKT :(
