Hi All,
on Tuesday Morning the drive belt on my bandsaw snapped, it was very worn and perhaps I should have checked it more often, but I phoned Metabo in Southampton to see if they would dispatch a replacement to me. I found out that I had to go through a local agent so placed the order with them yesterday lunchtime. The belt arrived lunchtime today, how's that for service?
