Hello all,
the heir to my empire sent me this and I thought I would share it with you.
I was quite interested in the colouring of the copper band.

As an ex-Pipeman (I've been good 6 years now) I thank you for this link, I have been around a pipemaking workshop before but nothing quite as complex or detailed as this construction.

Mine are all brier root (yes I've still got them all) no idea how Amboyna Burl (burr) smokes. The only problem I see is the stem, I'm not sure you'd get a pipe cleaner through it.

And what strange tools he's using, no stretch of the imagination to say they are all home made.
Oh Lord, Lead me not into temptation…

...Oh who am I kidding, follow me, I know a shortcut!
