Not wood turning related at all. Just to say I have been out for a Gurkha curry this evening and it was absolutely gorgeous. During the meal I was offered a Walnut tree.......in suffolk (a long way away) did I mention that the curry was absolutely gorgeous?

You'll be able to pickle the walnuts and make a chutney.
Oh, did you enjoy the curry?

Mmm I had to turn down the tree I'm afraid, just too far away.
But the curry was lovely.

I've got to ask, how did an old Rock Ape manage to have dealings with Jonny Gerkha's so as to get to know their curries?

Bryan there were members of my Regiment all over the world and sometimes we had to rely on other units to feed us.

Thanks for asking julcle the curry was one of the best I have had for a long time. Trouble is these days unlike days gone by, I cannot eat a really hot curry anymore but a nice tasty curry always wins hands doen for me.
