Hi I am just showing a few bits as an introduction seeing as I have just joined the forum I hope you enjoy them the platters are quilted Sycamore it was reserved as a guitar blank but I convinced them to sell it to me and a rippled Sycamore the block and gavel was made as a retirement gift purely ornamental made with African Blackwood and alternative Ivory

Well rescued on the rippled sycamore, I'm sure it would have look nice as a guitar on display but All I can see is a long haired heeb basing it around as a Heavy Metal 'Axe'.

Oh Lord, Lead me not into temptation…

Woody, that is one beautiful gift, they must have been pleased with it, the sycamore is more rewarding as a bowl and well finished.

Cheers,         David
