A couple of tealighters
« on: February 23, 2013, 04:10:15 PM »
The first tealighter is made from camphor and doesn't have any finish.
The second tealighter is made from cherry and finished in satin laquer with a violet derail.
C and c welcome

The turning looks good I really like the colour band but the huge tea light holders ruin the over all piece. I know there is a need for holders but are smaller ones available?

Hi Paul. Yes you can get different depth lampholders. They were what I had in at the time.
Also the one used in the camphor holder can take a 2in. pillar candle so there are various options.

I do like the torus shape of the camphor one.

As said the insert is a bit big but as you also note it can hold a 2" candle as well, I think that would look far better.
