Hi Tony...three really fine pieces, but most of all I like the woodland decay. I more inclined to go for the natural shapes and defects, so that's my favourite. Also, good to see underneath the plinth on the final piece....serves to confirm that it really is a true cantilever.
Thanks for sharing...Les

Hi Tony & Diane, Yet more absolutely superb pieces/sculptures, surely some of the most exquisite in Visual Art Forms, could one say Fine Art.

Albeit we Males are very constructive, the Female tend to have the vision of the visual artistic effect, I'm like to hear something about this ...  ;D ..

Each piece is equal for form, I like them, maybe a side shot of the first one and if time a few details, size, finish etc.

Cheers   David

Tony,

If I may 2 questions;

1: I can imagine the copper leaves being cut, beaten and chased to create the shape and veins etc, but in your previous posting there was a pewter lizard, did you wife mould that as well and if so what method does she use (lost wax?), and

2: What else is she using to create such wonderful sculpture, for example the torc's in Boudicca's Hoard.

Any answer gratefully received.
