Beautiful in their simplicity, but can I say that? the bottom 2 platters/bowls are off centre, so not so simple.

And the finish is well up to your high standard.

... can't see any dragons, spilling coins or other items we've come to associate with you though.

Lovelly wood and turning. The one on the right in the last two pictures looks rather like Yew.

I have learnt the first rule of woodturning.
The internal diameter should never exceed the external width.
Nor the internal depth, the external height.
Does that make me an expert now ?

                   Beautiful bowls in Olive Ash the grain and finish is outstanding I really must make the effort to turn and post pictures of the piece of

    Olive Ash that you gave to me some months ago.

Very rich and vibrant color and markings to the Ash, most appealing Apple as well.
