Wooden wrist watches
« on: September 02, 2014, 06:49:51 PM »
Take a look at these wooden wrist watches.  A friend of mine has worn one for a couple of years -they look spectacular and weigh very little.  I would imagine some type of CNC machine has been used but after careful inspection I think they could be turned on a lathe (links included). I can send more details if anyone would like to take up the challenge or maybe people have already. I am told they are made from wooden off- cuts.
Food for thought.
       Regards. Haggy

Hi Haggy

I bought one when I was at the AAW in Phoenix in June. Really like it!
