I like the way that the rim of the bowl is raised, as it gives good definition to the bowl, and I like the bark edge left on the board, but I'm not too keen on the bark on the outside of the bowl.

Jason,

I can see the timber was not fully dry, the flat rim is bowing away from the core of the tree rings.

And it might have looked better if the square edge was thinner and of constant thickness.

Like Les, I think the outside shape really does not work and the foot is a little large for me.
