I was at a demo at Bury St Edmunds last evening,the demo was given by Jason woodturning expert,well with a name like that I thought he`d be a pretentious  type of bloke,but,I was very wrong,he`s a nice chap,with a comical heckler as a sidekick,namely his wife,and his work that you see in pics on here doesn`t do it justice,on close inspection his work is much better than the pics of it,all in all a good evening,worth a visit to any club that books him if you haven`t seen him,cheers,

I am glad you enjoyed that one Eric,  booked him after seeing him at Detling last year, and like you I was not quite sure what to expect, it turned out to be another great evening at the club.

no its still languishing at the back of the bench waiting forlornly,I had a look at it the other day,and will have to turn a dozen or so new pieces to finnish the repairs,the biggest problem will be getting the broken pieces off without damaging it even more,I will repost when I have got around to it though,cheers,
