elm hollow form.

tonight's turning a elm hollow form. it is 4x 3 1/2" in size and finished with Hampshire sheen micro crystalline wax. all comments welcome.

If there's something I like .. it's a nice piece of Elm .. and the wildness of the grain, if not color is stunning has come out in the form.

Nice flowing lines, sheen is the word with the finish, not a lot of shine, Hampshire' it's the first time I've heard of the brand. Have you only used only this wax as a finish.

I think you've really got the form of this one just right. Might have been nice if you'd rotated the form for each photo, so we could see more of it, but it looks like a great piece of timber.

A really fine form...the curve flows from the opening, right through the base and back around again to the opening....can't fault that!
