Thank you all. The holly was already dry, cut down about ten years ago so, fingers crossed it should be ok. I checked with a meter and it was about 6% so within the normal dryness. Turned thin it might move a little but the shavings coming off weren't the long tagliatelli ones you get with wet holly. I wasn't too sure about the lip on the tallest one either and left it on the tenon before getting critique from the boss but she liked it so that is good enough for me LOL.
