How do I resize my photos so I can post pictures? Is there a special trick I am missing?

...resizing is one of the many functions of most image processing software. I use FastStone for cropping, rotating and resizing, but whatever system you use should be capable......what are you currently using for cropping etc?

I se Gimp. Basic cropping can be done in the windows image viewer as well.

Windows Photo Gallery has an edit facility. It's a standard product that is installed as part of Windows.

For simple resizing I use PhotoScape http://www.photoscape.org/ps/main/index.php

Set your camera to 640x480 then no need to re size  ;)
