This came with a job lot of kits any ideas what it is?

Too obscure for me....can you not take them out of the plastic bag to photograph them, they'd be much easier to study.

Are the Brass bits threaded, I can't quite make it out.

If so I'd suggest they were collars for light fittings, but the O Rings and white stick things, nope, not anything I recognise.

Have you gone back to the site you purchased everything from and looked through to see if you can spot something that looks like them.

Mike (Saxon) might still be right, Craftpro often pack components in different bags, especially where there's more than one bright metal component. You've got three components packed together with no risk of them rubbing and scratching each other, whilst the final part (the main body of the atomiser) one would expect to be packed separately.
