Good idea - I already considered this, but didn't have a wide enough boring bit for the job. It would speed things up no end, so if I get many/any more orders for these things I might have to invest. It would also mean I could drill the rebates in the bottom of the blank for mounting the thing on the chuck instead of turning them all in, which is another big potential time saver!
