ASomeone gacve me a load of old woodworking magazines, a years worth from 1957. The ads in it are really great to read. Based on this one I am seriously well off. Ok I would be if I could time travel LOL.

While you are nipping about in your time machine, drop in on 1986 and spend £400 on Microsoft shares, they would now be worth £12,000,000 which may possibly be better than the return on your 6/6d
