When I dropped my carnauba stick, I remelted it and moulded it in a margarine tub tilted on one corner so I ended up with a three sided stick. Even cheaper than the moulds form Ikea :)

A bit of greaseproof paper folded up to form a rectangle held in place with some pegs or some ali foil will also do as a mold... That must be the cheapest cheapskate method of the lot!

I melt mine in an empty baked bean tin in pan of boiling water and then pour into a margarine tub.
