Hi Folks, We have a couple of older chucks that were donated to the men’s shed and we are trying to identify them, anyone know what they are

The one on the right looks like a Craft supplies combination chuck. I don't recognize the other one.

Thanks Gents, not sure what to do with them as they are a bit old school, scroll chucks are much easier to use.
