I know that it is nowhere near Christmas yet.(only 140 shopping days left) but one of the guys in the club brought in one of the small bird houses that you see from time to time. I thought that I might start getting together the ingredients ready for my pre Christmas stock make.( I usually leave it to late and then rush to finish everything  :-[but this year........)
So, I am looking for a UK stockist of the miniature birds that you see stuck on the perches of said houses. They need to be about 15mm long. Can anyone help me please?

Turners retreat sell them but they dont show them on their website, I know they had some in stock a couple of weeks ago.

There are lots of places in the states if you dont mind paying shipping etc.

A quick search on google for miniature birds, make sure you have the filter turned on, brings up quite a few hits.

Dolls house suppliers do a range but they are usually in ceramic http://www.tumdee-dollshouse-miniatures.co.uk/contents/en-uk/d24_doll-house-miniature-birds.html

Christmas stock - I've recently turned 2 dozen Christmas trees & and another 2 dozen Snowmen.

Just turned my first Icicle with a sea urchin as the main body to see how it works - I'm impressed - another 4 urchins ready for working on.

2 dozen (just wood) Icicles next!
